Who founded Loxis?

Loxis™, the AI-driven organizational intelligence platform, was founded by Lori Coruccini, founder of Know Your Talents; Jeff Coruccini, CEO of LearnKey; and Simon Chatfield, founder and CEO of OptimumHQ. Together they bring more than 90 years of combined experience in behavioral science, workforce development, and enterprise software.

If a company's culture is its operating system, Lori Coruccini has spent three decades writing, debugging, and upgrading that code. With over 30 years of executive sales, leadership, and strategic planning experience across staffing, executive coaching, and CEO mentoring, Lori has sat in the rooms where the hardest conversations happen, and she has consistently found the same root cause beneath disengaged employees, stalled growth, and cultural chaos: leaders and teams who don't truly understand how people behave.

That conviction led her to found Know Your Talents, where she has spent more than 28 years partnering with organizations to implement behavioral frameworks alongside strategic planning processes that turn culture from a talking point into a competitive advantage. She understands that misaligned people don't just create friction — they cost companies their most finite resource: time. Every hour spent managing conflict, rehiring, or re-onboarding is an hour stolen from growth. The framework she developed — Know Me. Grow Me. Include Me. In 2025, Lori codified decades of real-world client work into her book Culture Solved, sharing the model and the stories behind it with leaders everywhere. As a Loxis co-founder, she ensures that the platform's AI-driven insights are grounded in the behavioral science, strategic discipline, and human empathy that no algorithm alone can supply. She is the reason Loxis thinks about people — and time — the way it does.

Simon Chatfield

Founder-CEO, OptimumHQ

Simon Chatfield has spent more than 30 years doing one thing, and doing it well: building software that solves real business problems without creating new ones. A Computer Systems Engineering graduate of Arizona State University, Simon founded The Chatfield Group, a software development firm that spent nearly 15 years building custom enterprise applications for organizations including Apple, ESPN, and American Express, as well as more than 400 custom systems for small and mid-sized companies. He learned, repeatedly, that big and small companies face identical frustrations: the software they need takes too long, costs too much, and rarely fits.

That insight drove him to pioneer the concept of dynamic data and company-specific workflows, ultimately leading to the creation of OptimumHQ, a no-code adaptive software platform that delivers custom-grade solutions at a fraction of the traditional cost and timeline. OptimumHQ's platform is not just a tool Simon built. It is the technical foundation on which Loxis is constructed, which means the entire Loxis workflow — from behavioral data ingestion to team analysis to onboarding automation — runs on infrastructure Simon designed.

Before pivoting fully into enterprise software, Simon co-founded Ready-Set-Go Fantasy Sports with Jeff Coruccini, serving as its CTO while the two built predictive analysis models for NFL player performance. That work, translating complex data signals into reliable weekly forecasts, was an early expression of the same capability Loxis now applies to workforce intelligence. Simon is the architect who turns vision into running systems, and at Loxis, that is exactly what he does.

Jeff Coruccini

CEO, LearnKey

Jeff Coruccini brings more than 30 years of executive leadership to Loxis, spanning industries that have each, in their own way, been about predicting human performance, then building systems around that insight. His career began in the travel industry, where he mastered the art of SaaS delivery before the term was commonplace, overseeing client services and sales operations that required connecting technology to real human behavior at scale.

That same instinct for performance prediction carried into an unlikely arena: professional fantasy sports. Jeff co-founded Ready-Set-Go Fantasy Sports and FantasyFootballStarters.com alongside future Loxis co-founder Simon Chatfield, developing proprietary predictive analysis models to forecast how NFL players would perform week to week. Think of it as applied behavioral analytics, just with a scoreboard and a lot of Sunday afternoons. The discipline of translating raw data into actionable predictions turned out to be an early prototype of what Loxis does today, only the field has shifted from stadiums to the workplace.

Jeff joined LearnKey as CEO in 2011, bringing the company's workforce learning platform into the modern era of certification-based employability. Under his leadership, LearnKey became the only online courseware provider whose content fully integrates with GMetrix practice tests inside the Certiport ecosystem, closing the loop on the learn-practice-certify cycle. He also oversees Know Your Talents, the behavioral consulting and HR services firm that deepened his conviction that understanding how people are wired is the key to unlocking performance. That intersection of learning, behavior, and performance is precisely where Loxis was born.
